Method 1 Peng qi guan ding fa(level1) . 2 Xing shen zhuang(level2) . 3 Wu yuan zhuang(level3) 4 san xin bing zhan zhuang . 5 dun qiang(the wall squatting) . 6 Rou fu(rub the abdomen) . 7 Chen qi . 8 Training paranormal ability. 9 Learning some everyday Chinese.
The fee includes tuition, lodging and food ( one-person room is an additional RMB 1500 yuan ).
Accommodation:
We keep our rates reasonable so that more may share in the healing benefits of qigong.
3500RMB per week. If you stay a month, it is 10000RMB per month.
This includes qigong training / healing / practice daily, three delicious Chinese meals (vegetarian available), room with ensuite bathroom

Daily schedule
6:40 --7:50 am the wall squatting . peng qi guan ding fa ( level 1 )
8:00 am breakfast
9:00 --11:30 am san xin bing zhan zhuang . kai he la qi . make qifield for healing
12:00 noon lunch
Afternoon nap--free time
3:00--3:40 pm chen qi (stretch qi )
4:15--5:15 pm xing shen zhuang ( level 2 )
6:00 pm dinner
7:40 --8:40 pm happy for fifteen minutes and learning theory
Note: level3 is also available for those students ready to learn it.
The price for individual treatment is 300RMB each time, and Qigong massage is 500RMB each time.
